About Renew UCR Registration

Renew UCR Registration files and renews Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) online for interstate motor carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, and leasing companies.

What do we do?

  • Look up your carrier record from your USDOT number, and show which registration years are already registered.
  • Show you the registration year and the vehicle count that sets your bracket, to confirm before you pay.
  • Submit your UCR registration to the UCR Plan on your behalf, using the details you confirmed.
  • Email you a receipt, then your registration confirmation once the UCR Plan issues it.
  • Send occasional reminders about upcoming registration years, each with an unsubscribe link.

What don't we do?

We don't set UCR fees, decide who must register, or enforce UCR. Congress created the program, the UCR Plan runs it, FMCSA oversees it, and participating states enforce it.

How is a filing priced?

One total filing price per filing, starting at $129. Carriers and freight forwarders are priced by commercial vehicle count; brokers and leasing companies file in the 0–2 vehicle bracket. You see your total before you pay.

Can you cancel a filing?

Yes. You can cancel for a full refund any time before we submit your registration to the UCR Plan. Once it is submitted, the order is complete and is not refundable, except as our Terms provide.
